The FIRST Game
FIRST CRESCENDO is 2024's FIRST Robotics Competition game. In the game there are two alliances with three robots each, The game is won by the alliance with the most points by the end of the game. Points are acquired by scoring Notes to the Speaker or Amp and climbing on the Stage. The game has 3 stages. In the "Autonomous" stage robots have 15 seconds to score as many game pieces as they can using autonomous actions. In the "Teleoperated" stage robots have 1:45 minutes to score game pieces. In the "Endgame" stage robots can either keep scoring game pieces or climb on the Stage and earn additional points. Additionally, robots can score a Note on the Stage's Trap and Mic.
The Year for Us​
2024 was our 9th year of operation. After one of our most prolific seasons we were determined to keep improving. In our first competition: ISR dis #2, we were captains of alliance #8. In ISR dis #3 we won the Innovation in Control award. In the ISR DCMP we were the captains of alliance #7 and made it all the way to match 13, which later we found out we were supposed to be Finalists but didn't due to a point error. Even though, with great effort we made to the world championship in Houston, Texas, where we placed 48th in the Curie subdivision.
